Kindly be aware that we have distribution centres located in both the USA and the UK. Consequently, during high-demand periods the processing of orders may extend beyond the usual timeframe which is typically around 5-7 working days. PLEASE NOTE: Transit time begins once your order has been transferred to the shipping courier. Your patience and understanding regarding this matter are genuinely appreciated.. Additionally, please note that your order could ship from either our UK or USA locations, depending on availability and logistical considerations.

- Express delivery usually 1-3 working days after dispatch – £6.95*
- DPD delivery usually 1-3 days after dispatch (mainland UK only) – £7.95*
- DHL Express delivery usually 1-3 days after dispatch (mainland UK only) – £12.00*
- Standard tracked delivery within 5-7 working days after dispatch for orders under £20 – £4.95
- Standard tracked delivery within 5-7 working days after dispatch for orders over £20 – FREE
* All transit times are approximate and from the point orders are collected by the courier selected. None of our delivery options have a guaranteed delivery time frame so money cannot be refunded for late deliveries.
If your order is made up of a combination of items they may be delivered separately so you will receive them as soon as possible.
We do not accept liability for lost or missing orders if you have selected your delivery to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Refunds for unsuccessful deliveries will only be processed upon the return of the order to us, and a return shipping charge will be applicable (refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details).
Claims for lost orders can only be filed after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
We strongly advise against refusing deliveries if you wish to send an item back to us as couriers will send items back by the slowest possible means which could take weeks to arrive back with us.
Kindly note that if you select a shipping service or courier that is beyond their designated territorial destination for the price indicated, we reserve the right to opt for an alternative service on your behalf. EU Shipping (max per order total Є150.00):
Please note the maximum order value for EU shipments is currently Є150.00, if you try to order more you will get an error message at checkout, please adjust your cart value to below Є150.00 and then you can checkout out as normal.
All Import Taxes (VAT) are paid by us and taken at checkout, if you order is below Є150.00, so the price paid at checkout IS THE FINAL PRICE YOU PAY, there will not be any further charges prior to delivery.
Should you order OVER Є150.00 then you are liable for import tax and duty payments prior to delivery. Any orders returned to us will be refunded minus original shipping charges and any tax and duty charges charged to us.
